Father’s Day Celebration Ideas

We celebrated Father’s Day this past Sunday since we have plans for the upcoming Father’s Day weekend.

Our partyware theme consisted of mustaches, hats and ties and my two older children had a ball with the mustaches and hats! (From Birthday Express)

We all got in on the action but I will spare my family the “sharing” part…

“Dad” feasted on thick deliciously marinated steaks, jumbo Italian shrimp with spicy cocktail sauce, fresh sourdough bread and grilled vegetables. Oh, and buttery garlicky rice so the kids could join in too.

That fabulous dinner was finished off with “Now That’s a Chocolate-Covered Strawberry” – chocolate covered strawberries. Here is the recipe.

Divine!

And “Dad” enjoyed his special day.
